At Oribe, we stand behind the performance of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it at your convenience.

Pack Your Products

Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
